Dojo Manager Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 August 2026
These terms set out the basic rules for using the Dojo Manager web service.
1. Service scope
Dojo Manager provides tools for managing clubs and federations, members, permissions, schedules, payments and events. Available features may depend on the user role and organisation configuration.
2. Account and security
Users must provide accurate, current information, protect their credentials and not share accounts with unauthorised people. Activity performed through an account is attributed to its user unless unauthorised access has been reported.
3. Acceptable use
You must not break the law or the rights of others, submit harmful content, bypass safeguards, disrupt the service or access data without the required permission.
4. Organisation and user data
A club or federation is responsible for the lawfulness of data it enters, assigning appropriate permissions and informing its members how their data is processed. Further information is available in the separate Privacy Policy.
5. Events and payments
Participation rules, prices, refunds and specific event or payment terms may be set by the organising club or federation. Dojo Manager supplies processing tools unless expressly stated otherwise in a particular case.
6. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service secure and reliable. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, failures or events beyond reasonable control. Problems should be reported using the contact address below.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted following a breach of these terms, a security risk or the end of cooperation with an organisation. Data retention and deletion obligations continue to be governed by law and the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when the law or service changes. The current version and its effective date are published on this page.
